Effective date: September 24, 2026

All Teller Machines LLC provides Relay Operations to authorized ATM businesses and their team members. This policy describes information used to provide the platform and its mapping features.

Information used

Depending on enabled features, Relay processes account and business contact information; terminal identifiers, equipment details, and location addresses; processor reports and balances; route schedules and visit timestamps; service notes and uploaded photos/documents; and merchant payout records. Records may come from authorized users, uploaded reports, or configured integrations.

When you request a nearby-location feature and permit location access, Relay uses the position supplied by your device to show nearby locations. Granting location access is optional. This feature is not continuous driver tracking.

How information is used

Information is used to display authorized terminal portfolios, plan routes, maintain service histories, calculate and document configured settlements, operate integrations, and secure and troubleshoot the platform. Access is controlled by organization membership and assigned permissions. Authorized administrators may review operational and audit records within their scope.

Mapping providers

When Google Maps is enabled and used, mapping requests may send location addresses, map coordinates, or place identifiers to Google. Google may also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when its map is loaded. Relay’s map requests are designed not to include merchant payout amounts, cash balances, service photos, contracts, or serial numbers. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy, and its mapping features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.

During the transition, maps may use OpenStreetMap tiles and address matching may use the U.S. Census geocoder. Map-tile providers receive network requests for the area displayed; address-matching services receive the submitted location address. External navigation apps receive the destination when you choose to open it.

Other service providers

Hosting, storage, automation, processor, authentication, and accounting services may process information needed for the integrations enabled for your organization. An integration should be enabled only with the appropriate organization’s authorization. This policy does not authorize publishing customer records or granting another operator access to them.

Retention, correction, and removal

We retain information as needed for the enabled operations, account administration, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request correction or deletion through your organization’s administrator or the contact below. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, contractual, legal, or security purposes; an account closure does not necessarily delete all related business records immediately.

Security and your choices

Use assigned accounts and appropriate permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information, and notify us if you believe access has been misused. Device-location permissions can be changed in your device or browser settings. Your organization’s administrator controls which operational modules and integrations are available to you.
