Relay Operations is an ATM operations platform provided by All Teller Machines LLC (“we,” “us”). It supports authorized ATM operators, sub-ISOs, and their permitted team members with terminal records, route planning, service records, and merchant-settlement workflows, as enabled for their accounts.
Authorized use
Use Relay only for operations you are authorized to manage. Each organization is responsible for its user assignments, permissions, entered information, and lawful handling of customer and employee information. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or access another organization’s records without authorization.
Operational information and estimates
Processor balances and terminal information reflect the latest available source report, not necessarily a live reading. Cash forecasts, travel times, route suggestions, and proposed merchant payouts are estimates or calculations based on available data and configuration. Verify important source data, cassette denominations, cash quantities, access hours, and payment details before acting. Do not treat a map pin or proposed route as proof that a site is accessible or safe.
Maps and navigation
Where Google Maps features are enabled, your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, and Google handles information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Google’s attribution and notices must remain visible. Routes can change because of closures, restrictions, or other conditions. Follow applicable road signs and laws, and do not operate the application while driving.
Other navigation applications opened from Relay operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A navigation link does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the destination.
Records and uploads
Upload only information and documents you are permitted to provide. Avoid payment-card data, PINs, safe combinations, passwords, or other unnecessary security-sensitive information in notes and photos. You remain responsible for checking imported reports and reviewing corrections before saving or issuing payments.
Availability and changes
Service availability depends in part on hosting, processors, mapping providers, and other integrations. Some features may be limited during testing. We may update features or these terms; the published effective date will identify the current version. Any separate signed agreement with your organization continues to govern its applicable commercial terms.
