These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the All Teller Machines, LLC website and your communications with us about ATM equipment, parts, processing, placement, field service, bench repair, onboarding, and support. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Informational website and inquiries
The website provides general information and a non-orderable product catalog. Sending an inquiry, requesting information, or viewing a product does not create an order, service appointment, processing agreement, placement agreement, or other binding contract.
A transaction or service relationship begins only after All Teller Machines provides and accepts the applicable written confirmation, quotation, agreement, authorization, or invoice and any required customer information has been reviewed. Product availability, compatibility, lead time, shipping, service coverage, and pricing must be confirmed before purchase or performance.
Equipment and parts
ATM equipment and parts may be specific to a manufacturer, model, serial range, cabinet revision, fascia, software version, processor configuration, or installed component. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate equipment information. Contact us before purchase or installation when compatibility is uncertain.
Product photographs and descriptions are intended to help identify an item, but revisions and manufacturer substitutions may occur. A product listing does not guarantee availability or compatibility. Any final sale, shipping, cancellation, return, restocking, warranty, or supplier condition will be stated in the applicable written transaction documents and the Refund and Returns Policy.
Processing and placement services
ATM processing and full-service placement are subject to location review, network and compliance requirements, equipment suitability, communications availability, written program terms, and any applicable sponsor-bank, processor, wireless-provider, or third-party approval.
Examples, estimates, and descriptions of surcharge revenue or profit sharing are not guarantees. Actual results depend on transaction volume, surcharge settings, operating expenses, connectivity, downtime, cash availability, location performance, program terms, and other factors. If managed wireless connectivity is needed, its cost and effect on the location’s revenue share will be disclosed in the applicable written proposal or agreement.
Service, repair, and RMA information
Website troubleshooting information is general guidance and is not a substitute for the correct manufacturer manual, trained service, or site-specific diagnosis. Take an ATM out of service before work that could affect safety, cash, customer data, or transaction integrity. Do not perform work beyond your training or authorization.
Submitting a public inquiry or reviewing RMA preparation information does not itself authorize a return or repair. Do not ship equipment or parts until written instructions and the correct destination are provided. Diagnostic fees, estimates, parts, labor, shipping, custody, abandoned-property treatment, and warranty terms are governed by the applicable service authorization.
Manufacturer materials and third-party services
The website may link to manufacturer manuals, official videos, payment networks, processors, carriers, or other third-party resources. Those resources are provided for convenience. Their owners control their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. References to a manufacturer or product do not imply that the manufacturer operates or guarantees this website.
Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that interferes with operation, submit false or abusive requests, or use website content to misrepresent an affiliation with All Teller Machines.
Do not submit passwords, PINs, encryption keys, bank-account or payment-card data, customer card data, tax documents, voided checks, identity documents, or other sensitive information through the public inquiry form or ordinary email. We will provide a separate secure process when sensitive information is required.
Intellectual property
Website copy, layout, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to All Teller Machines and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law. Manufacturer names, product names, marks, manuals, and videos belong to their respective owners.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the website collects, uses, stores, and shares information. By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that policy.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every equipment configuration or location. Nothing on the website creates a warranty beyond the written warranty, agreement, or authorization applicable to a specific transaction or service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, All Teller Machines is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and does not replace any different limitation stated in an applicable signed agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or our services change. The effective date shown on the published page will identify the current version. Changes do not retroactively replace separately signed agreements.
