Parts shipping is additional.
Parts may ship directly from the supplier. Shipping is quoted separately from equipment and depends on the destination, package, and selected service. We will confirm availability, compatibility, delivery options, and final charges before the order is accepted.
Genmega dispenser and cassette repair
Contact us before shipping a component.
Current bench-repair service is limited to eligible Genmega cash dispensers and cassettes. We do not currently accept complete ATMs or other manufacturers or components for repair.

Provide the Genmega ATM model, dispenser or cassette model, manufacturer part number, and serial number when available.
Describe
Share the exact error message, symptoms, visible damage, recent changes, and troubleshooting already performed.
Confirm
Wait for eligibility, intake, shipping, and return instructions before sending any component.
Protect sensitive information.
Do not send PINs, passwords, encryption keys, bank-account details, customer card information, tax documents, voided checks, identity documents, or other sensitive data through general email. If documents or repair-intake details are needed, All Teller Machines will provide the appropriate instructions after reviewing your request.
